Performance features: 

Higher strength, rigidity and impact resistance comparing with PE solid wall pipes.

 Double-sided corrosion resistance, same to the corrosion resistance performance of plastic pipe.

●To increase the temperature application condition due to low heat conductivity coefficient. No need heat protection of outer wall in winter, and no moisture condensation in summer.

 Smooth inner wall, no scaling, reducing 30% waterhead loss comparing with steel pipe.

● The pipes are connected by the way of electrofusion, which enjoys mature technology, easy and secure connection, strong performance of axial tensile, and various pipe fitting specification.

Light weight, convenient transportation and construction, and high overall reliability of pipes. Under normal conditions, the service life can reach 50 years.

 It is the best substitute for galvanized pipes due to its low cost and sanitation.

The structure is made by winding the spiral steel wire, which can both enjoy the characters of low linear expansion coefficient and good flexibility in the axial direction, so well improve the performance of environment adaptability.

Compared with PE pipes, the inner diameter is to be increased due to the composite reinforcement of the skeleton, which improve the overall conveying capacity of the pipe systemand reduce the conveying energy consumption . (for De250, PN1.6, the wall thickness is only 12mm; the inner diameter is 226mm). The inner section is 22% larger than that of the PE pipes. Similarly, the flow rate of De500, PN1.6 is 29% higher than that of PE pipes with the same specification.

It can be well suitable for the application fields of long-distance water transportation under complex working conditions.
